- Texas Rehab Specialists is a locally owned Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF).... we have out-patient clinics and a big vision for our patients. The owners are comprised of an SLP, a Business Development/Growth professional, an Employee Success professional, and a Compliance/Patient Care specialist. We are a team of therapy service professionals driven to provide essential care for patients and a supportive environment for our clinicians. As an organization we encourage and support professional growth through Continuing Education and Certifications in specialized therapy programs. As a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF), Texas Rehabilitation and Habilitation Specialists is able to offer the following therapy services to patients of all ages: ● Occupational Therapy (OT), ● Speech Therapy (ST), ● Physical Therapy (PT) ● Feeding and Swallowing ● Durable Medical Equipment (DME). We provide a range of therapy services and programs tailored for a comprehensive approach to patient care. With both Pediatric focused and Adult focused Therapy services available, we are able to tailor a Plan of Care (POC) specifically to address a patient's medical needs. Whether you need one therapy service or multiple, you have access to all at a single location. As a CORF, we are able to offer comprehensive care to a patient in a various settings: ● In clinic (primary service)

- ● Telehealth (if clinically appropriate)
Occupational Therapy
Pediatric Occupational Therapists & Adult Occupational Therapists help people of all ages gain or recover Activities of Daily Living. Occupational therapists evaluate and treat pediatrics and adults who have injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. They help you or your loved ones meet functional goals to develop, recover, improve, and maintain skills needed for daily living and working.
Speech Therapy
Pediatric Speech Therapists & Adult Speech Therapists can help people who have difficulty speaking, to communicate better and to break down the barriers that result from speech impediments or speech delays. The goals of speech therapy include improving pronunciation, strengthening the muscles used in speech, and learning to speak correctly. Speech Therapists help with feeding and swallowing issues and also work with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
Physical Therapy
Pediatric Physical Therapists & Adult Physical Therapists work with you or your loved ones to relieve pain, help you move better or strengthen weakened muscles. Another important goal is to show patients what they can do themselves to improve their own health.
Durable Medical Equipment
Equipment and supplies ordered by a health care provider for everyday or extended use. Coverage for DME may include: Oxygen Equipment, C-pap, Bi-pap, Formula, AFOs, SMOs, Wheelchairs, etc.

Who can help you?
Our team of Texas licensed therapists are experienced in the outpatient rehabilitation setting. They are committed to providing comprehensive therapy services through personalized, one-on-one sessions that ensure a focused and distraction-free environment. After a referral from your Doctor is recieved, we will schedule you for an Evaluation to determine your needs and a plan will be developed for you and approved by your Doctor.

We accept many insurance plans, including: Aetna Better Health of Texas, American Speciality Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Community First, Sana Benefits, Superior Health Plans, Tricare, Molina, Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, UMR.
